Biography

Lara Boyko, is a southern California-based freelancer writer who has had a passion for the written word since she was two years old. This is when she was caught on camera falling asleep on her training toilet with her head in a book.

While Lara doesn't fall asleep like this anymore, her interest in developing consuming and engaging copy married with her love for sports, fitness, popular culture and marketing have enabled her to become a successful writer in a short time. (see client list)

When not writing, Lara can be found spending time with her friends and family, chasing her two dogs, Harry and Sally, training for marathons (she has now completed five - Honolulu, Los Angeles, New York (two times) and London), traveling around the world or navigating her way through LA traffic.
